TRANSMISSION PRODUCTS
What makes your gears better than the rest?:
- Unlike the competition who use a material no better (or even worse) than the oem steel, all our gears are forged from high nickel chromoly alloy which has several times the impact resistance of the oem steel

Do you produce gears for any other makes?:
- Adhering to our strict client-confidentiality agreements, we are unable to disclose our client details

I want a custom made gearset, can you make it for me?:
- Due to the tooling costs involved with Forged Gears, we are unable to offer custom one-off gears. If you are inquiring about our oem service, please Contact Us to discuss your request

I have a hydro USDM B16A/Type-R tranmission, do I have to buy a JDM 1st gear kit to fit your final drives?:
- We have USDM applications available which do not require the JDM 1st gear, needle bearing and distance collar

Do your gears require any special fluids or additives?:
- We recommend the use of Honda MTF when our gears are installed with a stock differential or gear type LSD. While it is not a necessity, we observe a transmission fluid change every 2-3 Engine Oil changes. However, this is dependent on your actual mileage and frequency of usage in competition environments. Clutch type LSD users, please follow the recommendations of the LSD manufacturer in terms of both fluid and change intervals

What final drive do you recommend for my car?:
- Each vehicle/driver can have very different applications, therefore in order for us to assist you with your choice, please Contact Us and we will go over all available options and help you select one that best suits you

I just installed a final drive and/or close gears. Do I have to break them in?:
- Our gears are fully finished and ready to run right out of the box. However, we do recommend that an initial fluid flush be performed after 3-400miles or 1 tank of gas, whichever comes first. The use of MFactory magnetic drain plugs is recommended

CHASSIS PRODUCTS
Do you offer anything for the Accord or Prelude?:
- At the present moment we do not have any chassis parts on offer for the Accord or Prelude although we are looking into expanding into these models in future

Do you offer anything for the EF/DA Chassis?:
- Our range of rear chassis components will also fit the EF/DA Chassis. This includes the Rear Camber Kit, Rear Toe Kit, Rear Lower Control Arms and Rear Lower Tie Bar. Our Rear Swaybar Kit will not fit though unfortunately

Why choose Spherical Bearings over Polyurethane?:
- Unlike the cheap plastic bushings that the competition offers, by choosing Spherical Bearings, this ensures all the benefits of multi-axis movement and near-zero deflection without the binding and unwanted wear that is experienced with inferior Polyurethane bushings

MISCELLANEOUS
Where are your parts made?:
- All our parts are made in Taiwan with our gears being an in-house specialty

How long have you been in business?:
- MFactory Competition Products was founded in 2004, but our staff have a collective experience of over 15 years

What kind of warranty do you offer on your parts?:
- In short, we try very hard and take pride in the parts we produce. Unfortunately, circumstances will arise that you may have received a part with a defect. Please give us the opportunity to make things right with a replacement. For more details regarding our warranty, please Click Here

How do I get sponsored?:
- Please Click Here to view our sponsorship page
